  • You will feel worthless or not good enough, hate or dislike yourself
  • You will be unable to make decisions or assert yourself
  • You will be scared and unhappy the most of your time

  • You will feel that you don’t deserve happiness
  • You will think that no one like you because you don’t deserve it

First, you must think about what is affecting your low self-esteem

  • Are there your parents who told you that you are less worth than others in your childhood
  • losing your job
  • an inability for finding a good job
  • problems with relationships and friends

  • maybe you were abused
  • or there is some other reason.

Take a time and think about this. It is important to find the reasons for your low self-esteem. When you will find them make the strategy for building self-esteem and actions you will take to fulfill your strategy
