Everyone knows this tip, but not everyone practices it. If you start consuming oranges, lemons and any other food that has vitamin C, after you get the flu or some other illness, then the effects will not be the same, if you consume these fruits every day. Citrus fruits, cabbage, grain-like fruit, green leafy vegetables, and broccoli are highly recommended. All of the seasonal fruit and vegetables should be in your daily menu.

Drink plenty of water to eliminate toxins and bacteria from your body. If you can’t drink a lot of water from any reasons, try with cucumbers. Because of their high moisture content, they are an excellent way to get an extra fluid. Drink about 1.5 liters of water daily-excessive amounts of fluids can trigger kidney failure.

4. Keep a whole onion on a plate in every room

The onion will absorb all the bacteria, and because of that, you may be healthy.

5. Wash your hands a hundred times daily

You will eliminate all bacteria in that way.

6. Drink a lot of Peppermint Tea

This tea may enhance your concentration and may increase your memory. It also may help with digestion. Peppermint tea can subdue an upset stomach.
