The liver has over 400 functions in your body, so it is normal to experience symptoms all over the body when the functions of this one organ are impaired. Try and stick to organic fresh foods like leafy green vegetables. Genetically grown foods may contain pesticides and other toxins that may harm your liver, so in as much as organic might be expensive, it is worth it for the sake of your health.
