How to Make Your Hair Grow Faster

1.Eat Healthy food necessary for hair growth

Beautiful hair doesn’t just depend on which products you put on your hair. It also depends on your eating habits. To make your hair grow faster eat a balanced amount of protein every day which is essential for hair growth.  Include more eggs, yogurt, milk,  legumes, fatty fish, nuts, seeds, beans, whole grains, and fresh green vegetables in your diet. The deficit of Iron and zinc can lead to poor hair health or even hair loss. You can get enough iron and zinc by eating red meat, such as beef, veal, and lamb in your balanced diet. Vitamin C deficiency causes dry, dull and weak hair. Fresh fruit, such as blueberries, limes, strawberries, kiwis, and oranges contain lots of vitamin C. To avoid hair loss take B vitamins and folic acid. You can find excellent sources of folate in parsley, turnip and mustard greens, beets, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, calf’s liver, romaine lettuce, and lentils. You can eat bell peppers, turnip greens, and spinach to intake vitamin B6. Good sources of B12 include calf’s liver and snapper.

During the diet drink a lot of water. Water removes waste from the body, creating a healthy internal environment for hair to flourish.

Have realistic expectations about your dietary changes

Don’t expect a miracle. Dietary effects on hair will affect only the new growth. It may take up to several months for the results to be visible.

2. Use Castor, Coconut, or Almont oil

Mix the castor oil with an equal amount of, olive, coconut, or almond oil. Massage your scalp with it and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. Then shampoo your hair. Apply an oil treatment weekly. A wrong myth about oils is that oils put moisture in the hair. In reality, water puts moisture in the hair with frequent shampooing.

  • Strengthens hair
  • Prevents hair breakage
  • Reverse damaged hair

You can take a shower as much as you want (even several times a day) but don’t wash your hair too often or every day. Shampooing your hair not too often allows your natural oils to penetrate your hair, allowing it to hydrate and repair itself. Too much shampooing can lead to a surplus of oil, itching, and dandruff.

If you have oily hair you can treat your hair with rosemary and lemon essential oil in the following way:  In a plastic bottle mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, ½ cup of water, two drops of lemon essential oil, four drops of rosemary essential oil. Shake the combination well and apply it after rinsing all shampoo. Gently massage your scalp. Don’t rinse. In the end, including a conditioner, if needed. It is not recommended to store this mixture.

4. Always massage your scalp when you shampoo your hair

The message will improve circulation to the follicles. Press gently with your fingers, rub your head for about a minute or two, push and move the skin around your skull.

5. Apply a vinegar treatment and rinse well

If you want to have, super soft and shiny hair pour your hair with one tablespoon of vinegar. Afterwards, shampoo the hair and rinse it well.

6. Regular conditioning after shampooing

Find the right conditioner for your hair type. Whether you have dry and damaged hair, curly and frizzy hair, or limp and lank hair, there is an appropriate conditioner that can help with each type of hair. Apply the hair conditioner only on the length of the hair. Never put it on the roots of your hair.

7. Finish your shower with a cool rinse

Washing your hair with cool rinse strengthens your hair and protects it from breakage and damage.

8. Brush your hair properly

Don’t brush your hair while it’s still wet because it is yet another way to break it. Brush your hair when your hair is dry and less fragile. Change your brushing habit. Comb or brush the hair maximum twice per day for one or two minutes. Improper or excessive combing and brushing can damage your hair. Brush your hair gently and stimulate the blood circulation in your scalp. Healthy blood flow encourages the hair to grow.

9. Cut the ends of your hair regularly

By cutting the ends of your hair regularly, you can prevent splitting of the hair. Cutting will keep ends fresh and healthy. The hair will grow faster with the sign of beauty, vitality, and youth.
