Here are several ways that may improve your blood circulation

Several ways how you can  improve  blood circulation :

Results may vary from person to person. What works for some people, does not work for others.

Exercise

Regular exercise intensifies blood circulation. Choose a physical activity which you enjoy and at the same time encourage the heart to pump more blood. This could be walking, riding a bicycle, running, swimming, etc.

Massage

Body massage improves circulation in a way that stimulates blood flow in the area that is being massaged. Parts of the body can often become tight or tense due to bad circulation. Massaging these muscles, you can get rid off toxins and intensify the blood flow.

Eat healthy

A healthy and well-balanced diet improve blood circulation. Take as many vegetables, fruits, grains and healthy fats and avoid processed foods, foods that are high in sugar, salt, and trans fats.

Take stretch breaks

Prolonged sitting can slow circulation down. For every hour you spend in a seated position – dedicate 15 minutes of movement and light exercise.
This will increase your body flow and will reduce your tension.

Drink more water

Good hydration allows the body organs to function properly. Even just drinking water can raise the oxygen level in the blood which in turn improves the blood circulation. The recommended intake is 8-10 cups of water per day.

Elevate your legs

When you sit, raise your legs. Put your feet on a chair that is higher than the one you are sitting on. If you are laying down, put a few pillows under your feet to raise your legs above your heart. This will speed up the circulation and enable you to relax.

Have a hot bath

Warm water relaxes the muscles and enhances blood flow. This is an excellent opportunity to use the body scrub as an additional blood flow stimulator. Inhaling the steam from the hot bath enables the respiratory system to increase oxygen supply to every body cell, detoxifying potentially harmful carbon dioxide.

Stop smoking

Smoking is the cause of many health problems. Bad circulation is one of them. If you smoke, this is the right moment to stop.

Try with ginkgo to improve  blood circulation

Ginkgo has an excellent effect on the bloodstream and can also help strengthen the memory. It is available in tablets, capsules, as a liquid extract or tea.

Cold Hot Treatment

Showering with hot and cold water interchangeably stimulates blood flow, and is proven to heal “cold legs”.This treatment may not be pleasant but works.
