Effective diuretic mixes
1.Put two tablespoonfuls of chopped briar root in cold water. Boil 15 minutes. Cool, strain and divide in three parts. Drink one part of the tea three times a day during the week – two.
2.Pour one teaspoon flax seed in a cup of boiling water and boil until it gets thick. Drink the mix every two hours for two days. Because this mixture is quite thick, water it down right before consuming. If you do not like the taste, you can add lemon juice.
3.Oats seeds regulate the blood sugar level and stimulate the work of the gastrointestinal tract. Mix one cup of oats (well washed) with 5-6 cups of boiling water and then cook on low heat (watch for overflowing) 50-60 minutes. Strain and drink as much as you can every day until you have flushed out the kidney stones.
